nice, long weekend

We had a nice long weekend...we got out of school yesterday bc there was supposed to be snow...but there never was! Oh well, I enjoyed the day off! Mary Dalton's prayers worked!!! She stayed well (from the virus) but does have a cold. I told Dalton that now I finally know what is meant by a "childlike faith." She asked God that she would not sick, and she BELIEVED with all her little heart that she would not get sick, and she did not get sick. Now, I have to tell you that I was praying hard about the situation, too, as I did not want to have to explain "why" if she had actually gotten sick. We are VERY thankful that is out of our house...for now at least! :)

JDD is still messing with his fish. Yesterday, I found 4 silver coasters floating in the aquarium...I have GOT to find a new location for it!

I am taking 53 kids, ages 14-18 to Atlanta tomorrow to see BODIES the exhibit. If you have never heard of it, google it ~ VERY NEAT! We are leaving school at 7:00, so dalton will be in charge of the morning routine...I bet MDD will have a GREAT hair day! ;-)

It is still soooo cold here, but should be 76 this weekend...YEAH! YEAH! YEAH!
