Squash Dressing

It is rare that I find something "new" that is really good, so I thought I would pass this along.

Squash Dressing

2 cups cooked squash, drained
2 cups cooked, crumbled cornbread (I used Jiffy)
1 can cream of chicken (I used mushroom)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs
sage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 3 qt. casserole dish. In a large bowl, combine squash, cornbread, soup, onions, butter, eggs, and sage to taste. Mix well. Pour into the casserole dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Enjoy! :)

Did you cook the onions w/the squash?

I did not, I cooked them in the microwave with olive oil for 3 minutes, but you could cook them together.
