Supper in the pool ~

Right before we left to go to MS, we had a good storm...rain, wind, power outage. The next day, the pool was COVERED in leaves and pine straw. I skimmed it the best I could, cut the filters on and let the kids swim while I finished cleaning. I noticed when I picked up one of the skimmer baskets that it SEEMED heavy. I was walking to dump it by the fence and about that time...this HUGE frog jumped out and landed facing me. I screamed the scream of death. MD was in the pool and started crying. I told her I was ok, just scared by a frog and then JD came running to catch it. I assumed that he would be scared when he saw how big this frog was...this was the kind of frog that you cook! But, of course he picked it up and had a ball with it! This frog leaped about 2 feet with every jump so watching JD chase it down was sooo funny! Anyway, I HAD to take pics bc I knew DDD would not believe me when I told him how big the frog was! :)
