We are literally frezing and have been freezing all week! It was a busy week getting back into the groove after Christmas break. The kids did better than I thought going back to school. I figured MD would give me grief, but she was actually ready to see her friends! Jackson of course loves school and was sad on Friday when he was sick and had to miss! I was sad too because I am QUICKLY running out of days!
We were all stuck inside all weekend. I did get Christmas presents and games down and even let them play with the moonsand in the sunroom. I was so thankful when this morning rolled around and we were able to go to church. We have the best new preacher and I hate it when we are out! We missed so much over the past 2 months due to traveling and sickness, I was so thankful to be back in my place! After church, Dalton braved the cold, bundled the kids up and took them to the park for abotu thirty mintutes, which was a HUGE help! I had an entire half hour a silence!!! This is a RARE treat and much enjoyed! :)
We will be busy this week preparing for Jackson's first birthday party. We are having his party on Sunday ~ and rain is in the forecast. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it holds off! We have rented the jump house and he will be soooo disappointed if we can't use it! We are having a cowboy party and he is so looking forward to it! I am too! Hard to believe my baby will be four!!!!
