Day 2 of spring break!

Our second day of spring break has been lots of fun! We went to Thomson where a friend of mine took some pics of the kids ~ can't wait to see them! I think she ended up with over 350!! Jackson was OVER picture taking in abotu 20 mins, MD could have gone all day ~ She was working the camera! ;) We then made the journey to Wal-Mart and then to Sonic. I think if we lived closer to Sonic, I would go DAILY to get a cherry limeade! They are my FAVORITE!


When we got home, we had a visit from Miss Lucille ~ She kept the children for us from the time Jackson was about 5 months until last year. I love her so much, and my children ADORE her! Bless her heart, both kids have puked, peed, and pooped on her as much as they have on me!!! She always has candy in her pocketbook for them and is like a grandmother to them! I remember one day when I came in, Mary Dalton was crying because she swallowed her gum and she wanted more. Lucille was chewing a piece of her own and before I knew it, had took her gum out of her mouth and gave it to Mary D! (for those of you who know me well, how this TOTALLY freaked me out!) I am telling you ~ she is like part of our family! The kids had so much fun showing her the new things that they have gotten and things that they have learned in school! She moved about 25 miles from here, but I think we might have twisted her arm into coming to keep them when they get out of school until I get done! ;)

Dalton brought home his most recent kill and Jackson was FIRED UP! He loves to scout for turkeys and deer with Dalton and it is amazing how quiet he can be! Here is Jackson peeking out from behind the turkey!

My pool is GREEN and YELLOW. It is soooo sad! :( It is so bad, that i had to call in professionals to help me! It should be up and running later this week and I am going to HAVE to stay on top of it then!
We are heading to the farm in a little while, the maid came and the house is clean...and the only way to keep it clean is to leave! ha! ;) Dalton is going to cook BBQ chicken and grilled aspargaus....should be yummy!

My spring break is going by wayyyy toooooo fassttttt!!!! Makes me sad! :( But I am trying to enjoy it while it lasts!
