Peach Ice Cream ~ yummy!!!!

This weekend we used our fresh peaches we picked to make peach ice cream ~ it was heavenly! We WILL be making it again soon! While I was mixing up the ice cream, MD and JD made cookies with the Easy Bake Oven ~ And they were actually good! ;)

And Tah-dah!!! Peach Ice Cream!!
Peach Ice Cream Recipe ~
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 small carton of half and half
1 small carton of whipping cream
milk
*fresh peaches, about 2 cups that have been cut and soaked in 1 cup sugar for a couple of hours
Beat eggs until light, gradually add sugar. Add the salt, vanilla, half and half, and whipping cream. Pour into the churn. Add peach mixture and fill church to fill line with milk.
