Jackson, oh, Jackson!!!

Dalton and I both agree that while Jackson may look like him, he ACTS just like his Daddy even more! This child thinks EVERYTHING is sooooo funny! He never meets a stranger, can talk to a wall, LOVES to be around people, HAS to have the last word (he got that from both of us, bless his sweet heart), thinks he is always right and truly believes that life is a party! He can make anything into a funny (sometimes uncomfortable!) situation with his contagious laughter and funny comments! He is a MESS!

Last night, he walked in and said, "Hey Ma, you want to save $39 a month?" I said, "Well, of course, that would be good!" He said, "Well, all you have to do is call Progressive and switch your insurance and you can save $39 every month! And you can call because they said you had to be over 18 and you are 31!" ~ I am telling you....he is an infommercial's DREAM!

The kids were putting a puzzle of the 50 states together and I would not help them nor let them stop until it was done. Jackson and I had done the puzzle several times while MD was in TN and so he knew several states and capitals. She was determined to put a piece in the wrong place and he said....well, screamed at her, "Sissy! That is not where Texas goes! It is at the bottom somewhere! We need to find George Washington state! It is at the top!"

The other day he kept rubbing his little hand along his jaw line. I asked him what he was doing..."Seeing if my whiskers are coming in yet!" ha!

He sings in this "rock" voice to drive MD crazy...she complains and he does it more and more just to drive her crazy. He made up this song that he sings,
"Alligators ~ freak me out! And buttons, too!"
He will sing this over and over and over! I finally could not stand it any longer and asked him why alligators "freak" him out??? "Cause they eat people...duh!" Well, then I asked why buttons freak him out??? "Because I don't know how to button...and my pants could fall down!" :)
He is a handful, but the sweetest handful I know!!! :)
