Farm fun!

This past weekend while my mom was here we took a quick trip to a friend's house who had baby goats....they were PRECIOUS! no joke, I wanted one! They were only 3 days old and still cried! Funny thing was, I kept thinking to myself, "I have heard that cry before...it sound so so sweet." but the longer I heard it, the more I thought about pulling my hair out....STRAND. BY. TINY. STRAND. It was there at the Wasden's farm that I had the realization that Mary Dalton cried EXACTLY like a baby goat. NO. JOKE. It gave me chills to think about it. Bless her sweet, precious heart ~ She had reflux and cried ALL THE TIME the 1st year of her life. She was precious, but oh how thankful I am that we all three survived....there were some BAD days with at our house! ;) Anywhooo...the goats were so stinking cute! LOVED them! My kids loved them! Alan said you can only hold them the 1st few days and then they you can't catch them anymore. Watching Dalton & Alan chase them down so we could hold them was the most entertainment I have had in awhile! ;) Forget "Couch to 5k" I will just chase a goat! ha!

JD was trying to come up with a plan to catch one! ;) Dont' you love MD's rocking outfit?!? Ever since she was "Won" tacky day at school, she has taken tacky to a whole new level!
LOVE this picture of the love of my life and this baby goat! How precious are they? ;)

We had FIVE goats all stacked up on the golf cart with us! They were so content, one was even alseep.

Jackson LOVED them! He wanted one SOOOOOO bad!

Shockingly, MD liked the goats, too! She is not much of a nature girl, but loved the goats!
We had a great visit with my mom and hated to see her go! We are counting down the days until we go to MS for Christmas!
