Fun Times!

This past weekend we went to a bday party in Augusta for one of Jackson's friends we go to church with. We did not get to stay super long, because Dalton was not at home and the party was at 5:30 on Sunday in Augusta, which is about 35 mins from our house. Yall know I am a STICKLER for a bedtime and party or no party...we don't waiver! The kids did get to jump and slide and have cake and pizza so they had a great time!
How GROWN does Mary D look!?!? Oh my baby is SO grown up! She is so responsible and so sweet and loving....I am so blessed to be her mommy! I say this all the time, but I honestly can't believe she and Jackson are MINE. I am so fortunate and thank God everyday for giving me the chance to be their mother!

This slide was HUGE and you know JD was in HEAVEN! He slid over and over and over! Precious baby!

Mary D & Ansley ~ she is in 3rd grade....told ya MD was tall! ;) I hope she stays tall and thin! Wouldn't that be nice??? ha! She would not get that from her mother!

Last night, MD was watching a movie on her ipod and sharing the earbuds with Jackson...within minutes that sweet baby was OUT! He can SLEEP! He has always been a big sleeper...that he DID get from me! :)

Oh be still my heart ~ that face melts my heart! I could eat him up! Those eyelashes...oh my! ;) He is so precious and so passive and is having some problems with a few boys in his class being ugly. I have tried to encourage him to play with another group of boys, or Bree, but everyday he comes home with stories about who did what to him. Mama Bear is getting tired of it! After today, when a wood chip was stuck in his back, I encouraged him to FIGHT BACK! Bless his sweet heart, he is so worried he will get in the fish bowl and get a spanking he doesn't want to! I gave him a GOOD pep talk about what to do and hopefully we will nip this in the bud! I am going to talk to his teachers about it tomorrow....ya know....before the Mama Bear gets REALLY mad?!?! ;)

My mom is coming into town on Thursday and the kids don't have a CLUE! They will be SO surprised! I took Friday off, my boss was so sweet to encourage me to take the day off to spend time with my mom! The kids are going to skip school and we are going to have a 3 days weekend of fun! :) I can't wait to see their faces when we come home from school and Nana is here! Should be lots of fun! :)
