Snow Day!!!

We had somewhat of a surprise snow day this past Saturday! 

There was a chance of a "dusting" but we winded up with about 1-2 inches at our house!

My two were SOOOOO excited when they woke up to snow on Saturday!!!

Daisy REALLLLYYY wanted to like it, but the princess doesn't care for getting her paws wet!

When you have enough snow for a snow angel....it's a BLIZZARD in GA!!!

Mary D wasn't into pics because she was not "dressed" ~ her is she from a distance making snowballs!

As much I hate the cold and snow ~ this was really pretty! We didn't lose power and the roads weren't iced, so it actually made for a fun day!

They played until about 11, and then it started to melt ~

And they made TONS of snowballs and put them in the freezer...I am not really sure WHY they are in the freezer, but we have about a dozen snowballs if we need them! ;)

They went to Sooz's and made snow cream, but came home and made snowcones with the snow...they were actually better than the ones we make with the machine!

The only thing that would have made this day better would have been if it was a weekday and we got an extra day off! We got our "dose" of winter...now I am counting down to spring!!!
