We enjoyed our fall break! Any Monday off of work is great, but a rainy Monday is even better!
Dalton & Jackson went to Camilla for the weekend to see Rhett's new farm and Mary Dalton & I stayed here. Friday night, we went to the football game...I swear these two are precious but I still don't know HOW she grew up SO fast! I mean, wasn't I JUST blogging about her losing her first tooth!
Anyway ~ Brinson is super sweet and they have a fun time! If she has to grow up and date ~ he's a good one.
While the boys were in Camilla, they picked Bo up from training. He has been gone since May, so we now have THREE English cocker spaniels at our house. He seemed to remember the yard and Daisy ~ and he and Drake are learning to get along....
Saturday night, Brinson asked Mary Dalton to go to a haunted house and to carve pumpkins. I would not go in a haunted house if it was FREE. No Mam. Not me.
Mary Dalton & Whitney are dating cousins, so that helps since they are kind of a package deal! ;)
We slept in on Sunday and went to church in Augusta. We tried something new and we really enjoyed it! It is a good 45 mins from our house, but they have a noon service. We went to lunch with Clairissa and her girls afterwards, then did some shopping.
Every trip to Augusta calls for a Target stop and Icees!
The boys got home and we heard about their fun weekend. Monday was spent spending time at home and a lunch date with Dalton. Mary Dalton & I got pedicures and then came home to track the stupid hurricane! We have a girl's trip planned (it's been planned for MONTHS) and it's not looking like we are going to be able to fly out!!! We are praying Michael TURNS fast!!!
