It is hard to believe October is already over!!! Here is a quick pic back at our last few weeks!
We are definitely in a new season of life and that are children, especially Mary Dalton are never home. Most of her friends can drive, which leads to a lot of time praying for her safety! She ended Whitney went with two other girls and high school to the fair a few weeks ago. They had a blast and are making fun memories!
We have been visiting a new church in Augusta. Dalton has not been with us yet, but Mary Dalton and I are really enjoying it a lot. I had an issue with the hour Drive, but when I thought that I drove an hour to take her to dance… It didn’t seem so bad anymore! We look forward to going every week!
Deer season got started off right! Dalton got a big one! He is actually in Kentucky that hunting with some of his friends this weekend!
We were so excited to finally get our hands on Collins Kate! She is just a doll and we are so excited that she is finally home! We find ourselves going over every day to get our baby fix!!!
The three dogs are doing good… They seem to be getting along great! Jackson is so good about taking care of them, and he loves them so much!
Halloween was a blast! Needless to say, we waited until the last minute for costumes so we had two in scrubs! Doctor Dowdy’s!
Several of the high school teachers dressed up as price is right contestant! We had a fun time doing that!
Zack was a good sport! He was the youngest… So he had to be the wheel! ;)
these two are still thick is theives!
This picture really does not do this costume justice, but this student was the freakiest Michael Myers I’ve ever seen!!! He did not talk all day and this weird breathing thing so that really freaked me out!!!
My students are so much fun and had the best costumes! About them lots of candy and we did lots of fun Halloween activities all day long! No sense in fighting the madness… If you can’t beat them, join them! I was on a sugar high for two days!
After school on Halloween, I told Jackson to meet Collins Kate! He held her for a minute, but prefers Chance… He need someone who can walk and talk!!!
We handed out candy at Dalton’s law office on Halloween night. Sweet Chance came by dressed as a cow! I could just eat that child up!!
And this happens to me every year…
I spent all day decorating! I did not do as much as I usually do, but it just makes me happy to have all my Christmas out! I’m headed to Atlanta tomorrow to teach a class on Monday, and then Mary Dalton and I are headed to Mississippi at the end of the week to start our annual Christmas shopping!! It’s my favorite time of year!!!
