Thanksgiving break left....And December is in full swing! I went trapping with Jackson last week and I swear it was -50°! I was freezing! He caught two bobcats and a coon so it was a successful day on the trap line!
We had winter sports pictures last week. MD and WS were clearly feeling themselves as usual. 🤦♀️
Mary Dalton was named student of the month for November. We are so proud of her!
Friday was our last game and we played in the state championship. On the way to the game, I gave each of the girls a paper plate award. We have the sports banquet tomorrow night but they don’t do awards… And I love an award so I gave everyone something that I thought they deserved!
We had lunch and they exchanged Christmas socks before the game. I love the sweet girl so much!!!
But this girl is my favorite
We were tied at the half and the game wasn’t really looking like it was going in our favor. Mary Dalton found this penny and picked it up and put it in her shoe for good luck…
And it worked....we won state!!!
It was a long day full of lots of emotions! Mary Dalton and Annie cried and cried this was their last football game they would cheer together!
Class is 2023
MD congratulating Brinson on his win!
It was definitely a day to remember and I’m so glad I got to spend it with these two and Dalton!
