Lots of Catching Up

 Holy cow… I am so behind on blogging! We have been playing basketball nonstop and the girls brought home a state championship! Here’s a quick peek back over the past few weeks! 

 Before the final four, we had our first ever basketball pep rally!  It was a crazy week and then I had to plan a Pep Rally at the last minute, but it was worth it and so much fun!

When I got to the game, Mary Dalton informed me she wanted me to wear her jersey… Thank goodness I had on a denim jacket because that baby was THG when I got to the game, Mary Dalton informed me she wanted me to wear her jersey… Thank goodness I had on a denim jacket because that baby was TIGHT!!!! 

 The game took all day Friday, so on Saturday we ran some errands which included a trip to Walmart with this crazy night! It made me so happy to see some Easter decorations out… I’m so overwinter and cannot wait for spring!

 In other news, Dalton has joined the world of Snapchat. He sent this as his streaks last Sunday and I almost died… 

 After church we had brunch at Finch and Fifth...Which has become or Sunday tradition.

On Sunday nights we grill out and have a family supper… It seems like that’s the only night we’re all here and it works great for us before we start our busy week. These ribs were to die for!

 No family for supper would be complete without Whitney Sue! After supper I found these two on the couch just like this. I always wish Mary Dalton had a sister but she is the next best thing! These two love each other so much

And more basketball happened....state round one. 

And we won!!!

 In between the girls game and the boys game Dalton and I went to one of the local hotels to grab something to eat. It was absolutely beautiful and so is historic! We loved looking around at everything in Americus.

Done with round one of state… And time to cheer the boys on!

The boys won....so we went BACK to Americus this past Saturday for the championship game! Which we won!!!

 so basketball is officially over! Definitely the longest season ever! We have cheer tryouts this week and spent the whole day today and Swainsboro at a literary competition. However, after this week things should slow down around here! Enjoying all this time I have with my two kids and thankful for our good health and many blessings!
