Upper School Revival

Our school had their first ever revival for 9-12 grade. This is some thing that we will do once a semester. Since this was the first one, the chaplains headed it up but the FCA is going to find the one in the spring. We left school at lunch and went to a local church for lunch.

As much as this job absolutely wears me out and I am looking forward to the day that I am at home, I am so thankful for the hundreds of times I have been able to be involved in things like this with my children. I Get to know their friends and truly know what is going on with the kids while working there

Juniors….

when I asked for volunteers to share how God is working in their life, Mary Dalton said she would be happy to share. Public speaking is a huge fear of so many people but speaking to your peers about Jesus is not an easy task. Was so proud of her!

She had been going to youth at SCC and loves it. Dylan, her youth pastor, was the guest speaker. He encourages her so much and she really looks up to him and his wife. I am so thankful for them

After we had worship, the grades broke off and had small groups. I convinced Lisa and Coach Stewart to sit on the floor with me… I promised them I would help them get back up. ;)

It was a sweet sweet day and I’m so proud of our school and the students who are willing to share their faith and talk about Jesus
