It seems like yesterday my baby look like this…
No he is a good foot taller than me and I depend on him to do all of my technical stuff, fix all my issues with my phone, and help me to divert any crisis situation I don’t want Big d to know about. 😉
He is wise beyond his years.
He has the biggest heart.
He gives THE best presents.
He ALWAYS makes sure I am ok.
He has outstanding work ethic.
He loves the stock market.
He loves the stock market.
He loves to “argue” his point.
He loves to travel.
He loves to eat and especially fine dining.
He loves his people hard.
I would never in 1 million years have a plan to have our children 17 months and one day apart. I thank God every day that he saw fit to give me Jackson when he did. The relationship that the two of my children share as one of my most prized possessions in life. Of course they argue, but these two absolutely adore each other.
So here we are… My baby is going to be able to drive. Another little piece of independence. Another step closer to him leaving me. It’s so weird. So many emotions. I’m just so proud and can’t wait to watch him grow and become an adult…but I can’t imagine him not being here at home. He has loved me since day 1. He would go to the ends if the earth for me.
My sweet baby.
My prayer for him this year is that God would put angels around him every minute. I pray that he will continue to grow into a Godly man. I pray that he will make wise decisions and that he will live each day to the fullest.
