Mary Dalton was tickled pink when Joe Nelson asked her to help charge the barbecue competition this past June. She absolutely loves good food and she loves Joe and his family so she was very excited!
They had a festival with several vendors, and when Jackson found out they had macaroons he made his way there! I was cracking up that they coordinated and didn’t even plan it.

Mary Dalton said this was one of her best days ever… She got to dress cute and eat and less amounts of pork, ribs, chicken, and brisket. She’s already on the list of judges next year.
