Life Things

I cannot believe it’s March! I have a few minutes and wanted to post a few updates that I’ve missed!

Dalton gave the kids a trip to New York for their Christmas gift. They went the first week in February… Just the two of them and they had the most amazing time! They flew up on Friday and came home on Sunday. It was a quick trip but they packed so much into it and they absolutely had a blast!

Tennis season starts next week! I can’t wait! Jackson has loved playing tennis so much!

Mary Dalton resigned from the boutique. She just has a lot going on with school and the family she babysits for just welcomed her new baby. They have three kids under three and she is working for them a couple of days a week. When I say that she loves these children… She absolutely adores them. Jackson and I went over to see them and we had the best afternoon playing with them! I definitely will be the best grandmother! 😉

We were so excited to see the sun after so much rain that Dalton left work and met us at the farm so we could enjoy the beautiful weather! It has been in the 70s this past week and we all have spring fever!

Mary Dalton takes MC home after school a few days a week. I absolutely love it when she comes by my classroom!!!

These two didn’t have a valentine this year so they bought gifts for each other and went to dinner. I honestly think they had more fun doing this than they ever would with a boy! I’m so thankful for their friendship!

Our sweet Whitney said you had her signing at school this month. She will be living in Montgomery playing for Auburn University. It breaks my heart to think that she and Mary Dalton are going to be so far apart! I hope they always always stay in touch!!!

these two are truly the best of friends.

Mary Dalton‘s senior class has some crazy track record for the most state title wins in sports. They took a class picture with all of the trophies they have won over the past four years. It’s definitely a very athletic class, but they are also so sweet and I have enjoyed teaching them so so much! We are already beginning to wrap up the year which is absolutely insane!
