Just another morning....

We had a game of musical beds last night at our house...and I lost. We HARDLY EVER allow our kids to play this "game" but since we are leaving for MS tomorrow their Daddy gave in and let them make a pallet in our room...and somehow MDD ended up in our bed. I could NOT sleep but finally got to sleep good, when it was time for them to wake up. I was trying SOOOO hard to ignore them and all their noise, at this point, JDD was in our bed, too (Dalton was showering). Here's a recap:
MD ~ Good morning handsome boy!
JD ~ I am not a boy, I am a MAN! ~ He SCREAMED this
MD ~ yes, you are a man...and a grouchy man!
JD ~ Stop talking at me!!!!!! (SCREAMING)
MD ~ Now, Jack, we have a big day planned and you need to act like you are a sweet man and quit yelling at everyone.
JD ~ HUSH!!!!!
MD ~ Why? I can talk whenever I want.
JD ~ Because your voice makes me lose power out of my ears!!!!

*~*~*~Not sure what this means ~ ~ ~but it sure was funny! ha!

We caught a mouse earlier this week and you would have thought that we caught a million dollars! He was SO SO SO excited...and I am deathly afraid! He ran and got his knife and wanted to help Dalton "Skin it out" ~ bless his heart...he just knows if an animal is dead, we usually clean it and eat it...you know....good old southern boys! :)

We have the cover shoot for the Orchards catalog today ~ Mary Dalton and Jackson are going to be in the catalog this year and they are SO excited! MDD thinks that this is going to make her famous! ha! If you have not seen their site, check it out ~ great gifts and the food is GOOD!
