Today was the day that Mary Dalton had to get her tooth filled. I made a day out of it and we bought school supplies, a few birthday things, had lunch, and went to her favorite store, Build a Bear. We had so much fun! She did super at the dentist, never cried or complained...she wanted that bear at build a bear BAD! :)
Of all places, she picked PF Chang's for lunch...she said that Yoohoo and Sue-anna took her there so that is where she wanted to go. She knew just what she wanted to order, too!:) A young mother with a baby abotu 3 or 4 months old was beside us while we were eating...RIGHT BESIDE US. The baby starts to cry/fuss...MDD as LOUD as she can talk says,
"THAT MOMMY IS NOT PAYING ONE BIT OF ATTENTION TO HER BABY. THAT POOR BABY IS JUST A CRYING AND SHE IS NOT GIVING HIM A BOTTLE OR EVEN TRYING TO SEE ABOUT HIM. SHE IS JUST EATING HER FOOD."
I was giving her the DEATH STARE while she was talking, but she did not care. I know that poor girl had to have heard MD's comment ~ but you know what ~ she was right...that girl just sat there...eating....baby crying. 99% of the time, children tell you exactly how things really are!:)
Jackson stayed with a sitter and had a great time! I think he may be getting a cold, he has the sniffles and his eyes look red....maybe chlorine???
Better run ~ the men are supposed to finish fixing our air tonight...thank you Lord!

Similar thing happened to us the other day at Marshalls. Before entering the store we could hear a child screaming. Upon entering we saw her in the shoe department. We stayed in the store about 20-30 minutes. Eventually Evans said, "I think I could stop that screaming with a spanking". Can I hear an AMEN!
Hmmm...can we tell who disciplines their children?
