Busy as EVER!!! and bad news for Jax!!! :(

I cannot begin to tell you how BUSY I have been since I have been home. I have not been this worn out since JD was a baby and MD was a toddler (or really a baby too! ha!). MD had dance today, so that is my entire afternoon...we leave at 4:30 and get home at 7:00. I. AM. BEAT! I just got them bathed and MD is trying to teach JD to read so I thought I would catch up before getting the wild ones to bed! ;)

MDD pulled her own tooth today!!! #2 ~ can you believe it?!? She is SOOO adorable without her teeth! They never look the same once they are missing teeth, but I think she is still pretty darn cute! I missed her more than I have EVER missed her while I was gone!! She is so much fun and SUCH a help!! I LOVE being with her! She keeps me company ~ she is more like a big girl than a litle girl ~ I love her excitement about life and how dramatic she talks/acts...she is my heart!

Poor Jax got his report card today...let's just say he went from a "s" to a "n" and mama is not a happy camper!!! Can you guess what it was in?!?! TALKING at appropiate times!?!? I had no clue he was getting in trouble, so we had a LONG talk and I put a note in his folder that I wanted to know on days when he was not following the rules so I could address it at home. I asked him about it and he said, "Awww...Mama, sometimes you just gotta say what you are thinking about and I don't have time to raise my hand. It's ok. She didn't move my plane!" Great Jax! I am so proud! ;) He DID do well ~ had S or + on everything else except something with recognizing similar sounds ~ not really sure what that means and I am a teacher! I have a feeling he will be a WHOLE different ballgame than Miss Priss ~ He thinks he can talk and be cute and get his way out of trouble....and lucky for him....it seems to work! ;)

We are leaving afterschool tomorrow to go to the coast for the annual St Patrick's Day parade. I am looking forward to it! We always have so much fun! I am sure we will have some great pics to share when we get back! Turkey season comes in, so I will officially become a hunting widow until early May ~ so stay tuned to LOTS more posts and pics! ha!
