Washington DC Trip

I am finally getting around to posting pics from my trip! It was amazing! So many things that I have heard about, studied about and even taught about ~ all right there! My favorite things I saw were the National Cathedral and Arlington. I sent a letter last year trying to get us in at Arlington to lay a wreath at the tomb of The Unknown Soldier and was sooo excited when our school was chosen! It was amazing to see a cemetary that big ~ and to think that many died for our country....wow!!! I cannot wait to take Mary Dalton and Jackson back to DC so they can experience all the things that I did! Here are a few pics from my trip ~ blogger isn't showing them again, so I can't write about them...but most of them you will recognize! ;) Also ~ Check out how cute my school kids are! :) They were SOOO well behaved and so much fun!
