Weekend Recap ~ Pics to come! :)

Whew! We have been busy bees around here!

Friday ~ Jackson went back for his follow up appt. We got an "all clear" on his arm! The bone moved 5 cm in 10 days to be "perfect" as the dr put it! So, he is free to jump, flip, climb, etc until he breaks his next bone! ;0 We spent the day in Augusta running errands and met up with Sallie Ann while we were there. Had lunch at ATL Bread and then Sallie invited MDD to get a pedicure with her! As you can imagine, she was BEYOND excited and even more excited that she and Sallie BOTH got purple polish with a flower design! ;)

Saturday ~ We got in the pool at 12 and got out at 7 ~ Jackson is swimming like a fish! I am sooo proud of him! He is swimming in the deep and has learned to float on his back. Mary Dalton has FINALLY got her courage up and LOVES jumping off the diving board ~ She could stay in the water all day! Later, we made homemade peach ice cream and it was TO DIE FOR. Oh my, it was soooo good and such a great end to a fun day!

Sunday ~ Church, then I went to a movie with a friend, made a return to the mall, and then met Dalton and the kids at the cabin and cooked steaks.

I LOVE weekends!!! :)

I have LOTS of pics and vidoes to post, but will work on that this week! The kids are going to Summer in the Son ~ a camp a local church here hosts each year. Every child who has ever been says that it is their favorite thing about summer, so I hope my two enjoy themselves and learn a lot! They will go each day from 9 until 2:30! I have NEVER been in my house ALONE for that length of time since Mary Dalton was born! I am soooo excited about having time to relax and have a few projects I need to get done, too !

Dalton and I think that Mary Dalton is very close to asking Jesus to come into her heart. She is asking a LOT of questions and is really starting to be bothered by the wrong things that she has done. She has the sweetest little heart and we are excited about this time, whenever it may come!

Stay tuned for pics!

Before you know it you will be alone in your house all the time and will long for these days! I have such a hard time when mine have been here and then leave... been walking around in here all day crying! There are evidences of them being here everywhere... I can hardly stand it!

Know you saw my post about Mylie accepting Jesus...it's the best feeling in the world when they "get it"...

Have a great week and do enjoy your alone time.. I know young moms need it sometimes!

love you!
