We keep going and going and going...

That's pretty much how it's been since school has started! Go, go, go! I think we are finally settling into a routine and everyone is adjusting! We had yet another trip to the dr today ~ that would be THREE in the past week! Jackson is on meds for an ear ache but still complaining with the same ear. They brought him to me yesterday and today bc he was hurting. He did not eat or drink one thing all day. I got him in the dr late this afternoon and he has swimmer's ear on top of an infection!!! We got Cipro drops for his ears that he has to have 4 times daily. Those crazy drops were $120!!! They better work! Poor thing must be hurting ~ he has cried more with this than he did his broken arm! I gave him some Tylenol with codine in it (had it from his arm break) in hopes it will ease his pain and let him sleep. I hate he has to school tomorrow feeling so lousy! :( Wish I had Lucille still!

On top of Jackson being sick ~ I have laryngitis and pharyngitis. The dr was more concerned with me than Jackson and checked me out after she got done with him. I felt like death yesterday but feel better today ~ I am praying my voice comes back SOON! I am lost without it and teaching is VERY hard!

Mary Dalton is still LOVING school! She learned to do a new trick on the monkey bars today and was soooo proud! She took her first AR test today and made 100! GO MD! She had 2 books to read tonight that she will test over tomorrow. It's hard to believe she is big/old enough to take a test!

Last weekend was a BIG day! The kiddos have been dying for a DS and Dalton promised them that when his land sold they would get one! They were PUMPED and have enjoyed them SO much! Jackson even figured out how they could message each other and send/draw pics to one another! I took the camera along to capture the big day!

The tent pics are from Dicks ~ what is a trip to Augusta without a stop at the sporting good store? ;)
The kids went to choir today ~ MD cried and was nervous but I sent her anyway and she loved it! Crazy girl cried when I picked her up early to take JD to the dr! They got a CD with the Christmas music on it and have listened to it all afternoon! So excited about it!
Guess that's about it for now! Hopefully we have a low key weekend planned and can relax some at the farm since the pool is out for the next few days!
