My poor sweet baby boy is still sick! :( I took him back to the dr this a.m. and he had to get two shots ~ an antibiotic and a steriod. We go back in the a.m. to get the 2nd round of the shots. He was soooo pitiful last night. That was the most pain either one of my children have ever been in and Dalton & I both felt beyond helpless. I can't imagine parents with children who have health problems that cause such horrible pain. He was shaking and crying and just kept saying his head/ear were going to explode. The Tylenol III did not touch the pain. We went back to school after his shots and he stayed in my room on a cot while I taught. Once his meds kicked in, he went to lunch with his class and to the pep rally. He is OUT right now! He has to be exhausted...I am! ;) I am praying tonight is better!
It's hard to believe we are in week 3 of school~ I think they moved Labor Day on the calendar! I can't wait for a 3 day weekend! This weekend, we are heading to the cabin to get some much needed rest and family time. I hope to read and rest my voice....and eat lots of good food! :)
