Today was school picture day ~ How precious is my girl? It thrilled my soul that Mary Dalton WANTED to wear her new owl dress! Ya know ~ she is kinda getting out of "puffy sleeves" as she calls it ~ and THAT makes me SAD! :( All the little girls were SOOOOO cute today! They all had on smocked dresses, ruffled pants and oh the bows! PRECIOUS!
I took this picture after seeing Mary Dalton in the hall FOUR times during my planning period! She went to get her teacher some crackers, walked with someone who had an ear ache to the office, went back to the lunchroom and then to the bathroom! The girl was BUSY! ;) She and Maggie were "running errands for Miss Sharon bc Miss Amanda is not at school, and you know how wild those boys are!" ;) They CRACK me up!
Jackson has a field trip today to the library and to eat lunch at McDonalds. He was pumped about riding on the bus! Can you tell he was running to get a good seat?? ;)
Our school bus is new and it is so nice! We have 10-12 booster seats that fold down out of the regular seats to strap the little ones in! They were so excited and had a great time!
Dalton came and ate lunch with Mary Dalton today since she was star of the week! That girl LOVES her Daddy! She has had someone eat with her everyday this week ~ she made a list of who was to come and bring what on each day ~ How did we ever figure ANYTHING out without all her planning??? ha!
Both kids got parts in the Christmas play and they are SOOOOOO excited ~ more so Mary D than Jax! He got 2 little solos and she is "Mia" and has quite a few lines for a 6 yr old! I talked to my friend who helps with choir and she said that at practice, she was able to read all the lines on her own and already knows most of them! I will be a NERVOUS wreck! About to try to post some more pics ~ blogger is giving me fits so I am blogging in "spurts" tonight! :)
