Poppyseed Chicken

My sweet Aunt Molly called me this weekend while I was making Poppyseed Chicken and said she had never made it! HUSH YOU MOUTH! This is the EASIEST thing in the world! So, just for my Aunt Molly, here's the recipe! Let me know how they like it! :)

Poppyseed Chicken

2 c. cooked, cubed chicken (I buy a rotisserie chicken and pick the meat off)
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken
**Mix together, spread in a 9x13 greased pan.
Cruch one sleeve of Ritz crackers and add in 1-2 teaspoons of poppyseeds (I like a lot!) and 1 stick melted butter. Top the chicken with this mixture.

Bake for 30 mins at 350. I sometimes make this the day before and then cook it the following day! Enjoy!
