Yesterday morning, I woke up at 3:30! Mary Dalton was coughing and I got up with her, once she fell asleep...I was wide awake, so I took advantage of the quiet time! I ironed two HUGE baskets of clothes, cleaned out a closet and watched Father of the Bride II before anyone was up! It was so nice to feel like I accomplished so much so early!
We went on to church bc Mary Dalton seemed to be feeling better...coughing, but no fever, nothing major! My mom got MD this cute dress from the Kelly's Kids Outlet ~I think it was $14! Which makes it even cuter! ;)
See that mark on Jackson's face? He got bit by a dog on Saturday. :( It was one the SCARIEST moments I have ever had with them! The dog was playing and nipped and MD and then she screamed and ran ~ which caused Jackson to do the same. I knew I could not hold them both, so I threw the both on the ground and got on top of them to keep the dog off of them. Mary D. has skinned knees and a bruise on her forehead and Jackson just has the one mark. I somehow managed to bruise my wrist/arm in the great fall. I am SOOOO thankful that my babies were protected! I pray constantly for SWARMS of angels to keep them from harm and I am firmly believe that they were there with them on Saturday! Thank you God for your continued protection!

Of course the kiddos wanted to take pics ~ This is the only one that was even halfway decent! ;)
By the time we got home from church, Mary Dalton was NOT feeling well at all! :( She was on the couch with her box of tissues and by 4 had a fever and was on a pallet ~ where she stayed for FOUR hours. My girl is NEVER quiet or still, so if she is, she is sick!
I made her this pallet with everything she could possibly need in reach! I had vicks vapor rub on her feet, vaporizer going, nose spray and prescription cough/cold medicine. I am so thankful that she slept ALL night! She did wake up about 6 this morning coughing pretty bad and just feeling bad. She has not even gotten up yet! :( I stayed home with her and kept Jackson home too ~ We are gonna rent a movie off of Direct TV and try to stay warm and get them well! The doctor called her in some medicine so hopefully she will be better soon! They are in my cousin's wedding on Saturday, so I have FIVE days to get everyone well ~ Please pray with me that they will be well!
Other excitement ~ We had a mouse. I HATE HATE HATE a mouse! My mother was scared of them and passed that fear right on to me! Dalton set a trap and we caught him last night, by the FOOT! When he went in to check the trap the stupid mouse was still alive! AHHHHHHHHH! He had to club him in the head with a level to kill him! We reset the trap and I hope that the others miss their buddy and realize The Great White Hunter killed him...literally ~ and stay FAR FAR away!
