Humpday!

Dalton & I had a night out last night! We have not date night in FOREVER! We were super long over due, but it was well worth the wait! We went to Home Depot and got some things for his latest rental house, went to Dicks to look @ treadmills, and then went to HH Gregg where I got a NEW CAMERA! Whoohooo!!! It is charging now and I can't wait to click away! I was able to get one that was an open box model so we got a great deal on it! I was so excited! We then went to Bonefish Grill for dinner. The lady who seated us was so kind ~ she said that we looked like the happiest couple that she had seen in awhile and asked how long we had been married, if we had kids, etc. It really threw her for a loop when we sat in the same row in the booth instead of across from one another! She said no one ever does that and told us to look around ~ she was right. And we don't ALWAYS do this, sometimes we do sit across, but sometimes it's nice to sit side by side (and we can eat each other's food without being super rude! ;)) While we were there, Phil Mickelson came in and was seated in the boothe beside us. He was with his Dad and was so kind to the people that spoke to him. Many just walked by and said good luck, but one or two stopped and talked longer. Masters Week is next week in Augusta, so all the golfers are in town! I have GNO tonight ~ 2 nights out in one week ~ THIS is a record! ;) I am excited to see my sweet friends and catch up on some girl time! Dalton is working late, so Sallie Ann is coming to keep the kids again tonight ~ she had them last night too. Dalton leaves tomorrow for his FAVORITE turkey hunt of the year at Woodbine Hunting club near Sea Island. He is beyond excited and I am so happy he is going with some of his very best friends! Grandparent's Day is tomorrow at school so Suz and big Daddy are bringing the kids lunch and then making a trip to the book fair ~ talk about a marketing ploy ~ invite grandparents for lunch...then to the bookfair! ;) I signed the kids' contracts for school enrollment next year ~ 1st grade and K5! Hard to believe! I know it will be here before we know it, but I swear it seems like Friday will never get here!

Amen! I swear I think this week has 10 days in it! My daddy grew up in Woodbine, Georgia. It's an interesting neck of the woods! Hope the rest of your week goes well.
