Summer Play Dates

Both children are getting a *little* tired of playing with each other! I let them each pick one friend to have over for the day on Friday! Jackson picked Livi ~ imagine that! ;) These 2 kept me laughing ~ they talked about everything from birds nests to apples to time out to cartoons. They played great together and had so much fun! Jackson just doesn't understand WHY she can't spend the night! ;)

Mary Dalton asked Marti Ann to come play! They have been in school together since they were 3. They watched Toddlers and Tiaras, played LOTS of Barbies, and painted nails. It was neat to see how much more mature these 2 are compared to Jackson and Livi (who are a yr behind them). MD and MA seemed SO growny!!!
These two nuts both found bird nests, climbed EVERY tree in our yard, shot bb guns (livi has a pink one), rode bikes, picked apples, played games, put on a magic show, and did art! They were busy bees!!!

Of course we swam!!! The 4 of them got along great and played lots of water games!!! They all 4 swim VERY well, so I was able to read an ENTIRE magazine while they swam! I think we should have play dates every week!

They shot at EVERYTHING with 4 legs or feathers in a 2 mile radius!!!

It was a fun day! I am so thankful that our children have sweet friends! Dalton and I went out to dinner last night and to a movie. I talked him into Tako Sushi ~ and he LIKED it! Woohoo!!!

We ended the night with a trip to Starbucks! What a perfect ending to a fun day!
