We got home in the wee hours of Satuday morning ~ just long enough to sleep, semi unpack and then we headed over to celebrate with Dalton's family!
My kids LOVE a good climbing tree! This is in their "secret garden" at Suz and Big Daddy's house ~
This pic of MDD and Dalton cracks me up ~ looks like she is standing on his head! ha!
Suz once again had everything just beautiful ~ always looks like Southern Accents at her house ~
Ours is more like...Southern DIASTER! Mary Dalton loves all things fancy so this was her cup of tea! Jackson on the other hand was not much impressed and since he literally eats 4 foods was worried about what he was going to eat! ;) Luckily he likes rolls and turkey so he had a-plenty!
We enjoyed visiting with everyone ~ Jackson played his ipod and Sue-anna's phone the ENTIRE time! And he was quiet, so I let him be!
After we ate, the kids invited everyone out to "tour" the tree house and scripture path! It's hard to believe that the tree house is almost a year old! They have enjoyed it so much! Miss Susan has different scriptures to go with the different areas/play things along the path and tree house...it is wonderful!
Everyone has a favorite ~
This is mine! :)
The munchins even talked Big Daddy into crossing the bridge!
and Suz showed off her sliding skills as well!
By dessert, we were full and worn out from a busy week ~ we visted a short while and then headed home to finish unpacking and getting Christmas out!
Mary Dalton ate her weight in raspberries and cream! Aunt Sue-anna played right along with her!
Every Thanksgiving we take a picture on the steps at Dalton's parents's house ~
Miss Priss "struck a dance pose" to say the least this year! Lord give me strength...this girl is gonna do me IN!!!
We have SO much to be thankful for and it truly was a wonderful end to a fabulous week! We are excited about Christmas and the fun that is ahead this month!
