Well, we survived our first week of school! It was not as near as bad as I had thought it would be...the kids got right up each morning, went to bed each night on time, and even acted decent toward each other...successful week! :)
Friday night, we went to eat at Mellow Mushroom to celebrate our week! That is the BEST pizza!!!
We also made a trip to Sam's to stock up on school snacks and things for Mary Dalton's birthday party!
ONLY Mary Dalton would be able to pose on toilet paper and look so dang cute! Love that girlie girl!
On the way home, we ran by The Jet and Dalton gave Rocco some scratch off tickets...no we don't play the lottery, but Rocco does and he was SUPER proud of his two free tickets given to him by "Mr. Dawson" ~ Dalton has LOTS of friends at The Jet...he goes in in his suit and tie and gets hit up for money, food, drinks, cigars and even lottery tickets!
He's a good man that Dalton D. Dowdy! :)
Saturday the boys worked at the farm changing the oil in the tractor. Jackson LOVES to go with his Daddy! He had the best time! That afternoon, we swam and then cooked out at the cabin.
Sunday morning, we went to church then enjoyed the pool again! The weather was perfect this weekend!
We have a BUSY week this week ~ lots of appointments, practices, etc and getting ready for Mary Dalton's 9th birthday party on Saturday!!!
