Well we survived the first week of school… Or more like a day and a half! I went back last Monday for preplanning and the kids came Wednesday night for open house. My kids were so excited to see Miss Sandy! I absolutely adore her, and they do, too!!!
Typical... I don’t even know what they were laughing about but Jackson had to bring his summer again to open house to finish it. Never mind he had all summer to work on it…
Mary Dalton👯❤️ is glad to be back in school so she can see Brinson every day! ;) Young love!
Jackson and Brooke..don’t let the smiles fool you...neither wanted to be there.
Open House success!
School started Thursday morning and the kids did not want breakfast. Normally Dalton cooks a big breakfast but instead wanted to go lunch after school.
MD was excited to have Coach Hennessy again this year! They look very patriotic in their red white and blue!
Before school started I ran down and got a picture of Jackson and his class. In fourth grade they only had seven so they have come along way! Our school is really growing!!!
Mary Dalton‘s class has 29. They have always been a big group!!!
Sweethearts! I didn’t realize how tall Brinson got over the summer! Are used to be the same height but he’s a few inches taller than her now!
After school Friday, Mary Dalton went and modeled for a local boutique. Can we just have a minute for that Dimple… I will never forget when I was giving her her first bottle and I saw that dimple… It melted my heart then and it still does now.
Dalton and I had to go to a funeral Saturday morning and then we hit the pool!!! School may be in session but it is hot as blue blazes outside so we use the pool every chance we get!
These two are such good friends. She loves him as much as she loves md!
Sunday, I woke up with vertigo. I literally felt like o was back on the Norwegian Pearl...SEA SICK!!! I took some medicine and stayed VERY still until lunch. I haven’t had it in years! When I was finally feeling better Mary Dalton came downstairs and she felt like she was going to pass out and started driving. Talk about a fun Sunday! I’m pretty sure her blood sugar bottomed out. After some juice and crackers, she was feeling better. we went to Augusta to pick up the air conditioning unit for the camper and we were back in time for me to enjoy the pool for about an hour before I started getting ready for a week. We have a busy week… Dalton has meetings, Mary Dalton has cheer, Jackson has football, and I am the chauffeur. It’s supposed to be really hot today… I’m hoping some of those practices get canceled!!! ;)
