Well it is officially Labor Day weekend and I survived my first pep rally and varsity game with my cheerleaders. Last week was a very rough week. I had so much going on and then had some teacher things to deal with too. . I have been counting down for this weekend!
We were up Friday morning early and Mary Dalton was so excited about her first pep rally!
When I got to school and one of the teachers met me with my birthday crown. I ran into my birthday twin Joe and we had to get a picture!
I was a nervous wreck on Friday trying to make sure everything would run smoothly for the pep rally. There’s a lot of planning that goes into that! The senior girls were a big help! I love this girl so much!
We saw Brinson play last Friday night but we were super excited to see him play a full game this week. He did a great job and there was a little blonde girl who was so proud of him!!
I wish I had pictures from the pep rally but when you’re in charge that doesn’t really happen! I did steal this one at the very end!
These two swore they’d never cheer...yet here they are!
I was so tired on Friday I came home and took a nap and I woke up just in time to get back to the field to meet the girls! They did a great job at the game!
I love spending time with her and I’m cherishing her high school time because I know it will fly!!!!
The Palmer’s came in town for Labor Day weekend. There’s four of had a great time hanging out!
Saturday we hung out around the house and laid out. We were all pretty tired! It was cloudy on Sunday so we went to Augusta for lunch and do some shopping.
Sunday night we cook at the cabin and tracked the latest hurricane. I’m super excited about being off today! My plan is to put out my fall decorations! It’s absolutely my favorite time of the year!
