January’s Over Finally.....

Sweet heavens that was a LONG month!!! January lasted 714 days it felt like!!! I am SO glad that it is over and we are one day closer to SPRING! 

Here's a look at our last few weeks...

Dalton spent 8 days in Mexico on a hunt...talk about RUSTIC!!! He had a great time, but I don't think I would have fared well there. 

While he was gone, this one kept me company every night until he went to bed. He is such a sweetheart when Dalton is gone. He makes sure I am OK and we are locked in every night...love him! 

Jackson and I enjoyed slightly warmer temps and walked the dogs several afternoons...

Mary Dalton is still knee deep in basketball...the never ending sport....I am thankful Alison can bring her home everyday! 

We got to see BB's cousin, Joe, at the game last week. He was a DOLL!!!! OMG! I wanted to keep him!!! Such a sweetie! 

These two are still sweet as ever... 

While Dalton was gone, I had a couple of girlfriends over for appetizers, games and drinks! We had a BLAST!!!! Girlfriends are the best! 

Clair and I had a date with our boys before a basketball game last week. We have never been off with the boys, but we enjoyed our date with them!:) 

After I was done teaching last week, MD "leeched" me...She is not at all embarrassed by me and will hug me in front of all her friends/class. Some days I want to be done teaching and stay home, help Dalton, etc...but this is time I can't get back with her...and I will have jax next year, too! 

EVERY single day...she is LOADED with bags!!!! PE, her purse, her backpack, cheer bag and basketball bag...it's a lot!

Dalton's night was made when she came and sat in his lap last week after the game...

This past weekend we celebrated Dalton's birthday with dinner at Able Browns with Jeremy and Natalie. We met Ben and Clair at the cabin afterwards and laughed until we hurt. It was such a fun nigh celebrating my favorite guy!! 

February is a "short" month, but we are packed once again!!! Jackson is going to a Quiz Bowl, basketball, Dalton's bday, cheer, a weekend trip, and school should make it fly by!
