Halloween 2020

We had our annual pumpkin carving contest! It was my first year to enter...and honestly my first time to carve a pumpkin! Mine was #4...it was supposed to be a mouse, but it looked more like a crab.
Mary Dalton won with pumpkin #1! She has  NEVER won so she was so excited to get the $20! Jackson was pumpkin #2 and Whitney was #3. They are already gearing up for the gingerbread house contest! ha!

We celebrated Halloween at school on Friday ~ Jax opted out of dressing up, but MD was a flapper!   Sweet Kylie Ray and MD

MD and her senior friends...she is going to miss them so much next year!

The high school teachers were White Lies...if you only knew how much theses                                                                 two lies and actually truths...

Cutest costume award would for sure be MD and Cameron! They were too cute!!!!

As if the day was not busy enough, it was also Pink Out! We had a pep rally and a home                                                                     game!

Our elementary teachers dressed up and danced to Thriller...this was for sure the best                                                         part of the day! They were hilarious!!!

MD and Whitney were our cake ticket sellers and these two could see ice to an                                  Eskimo! They sold a TON!!! All the money goes towards a local breast cancer patient.

ANNNNDDD to top off a busy but fun day  ~ a teacher hosted 5th quarter for the FCA!

The kids ate, played corn hole and had devotion after the game. It was a chilly night so                                                 the fire was a popular spot! :)

Dalton was at the cabin all weekend and both of the kids had Halloween parties to go to. That left me home alone. I have to be honest I’m never home alone and I don’t think I’ve been alone on Halloween and 20+ years. It was so nice… Not even gonna lie. Before the kids left Collins gate and Chance came by to go trick-or-treating.

Clearly Collins kate is not a fan of Halloween…

Halloween 2020 is in the books! This year has been challenging in so many ways, but the past few days have been so much fun getting ready for Halloween! :)
