Back in the first weekend of March, Mary Dalton’s basketball team played for the state championship.
It has been a great basketball season. We love the new coach so much. His family is absolutely precious… But it has been a long season! We started in November and we finished in March.
Mary Dalton is going to know if Allison and Betsy so much next year! I have a feeling she will be making lots of road trips to see these two!
Coach Hunt has been a great coach for the girls!!! Yes I thoughtful and I have so many extra things with them he does not have to do! He has made basketball fun for them!
The girls left on Friday night and got to spend the night in Perry before heading to Americus four the game on Saturday. He took them to Buccee’s and they had a blast!
We lost the game only but a couple of points and of course the girls were upset… They played in fought until the last minute though.
Annie came to watch them! MD was excited yo see her!!!
Cameron rode with me and Dalton and that made Mary Dalton‘s whole day! 🥰
Fun season for sure but this is it for basketball!!! She said last year she would never fly again but I’m pretty sure this time she means it. It is such a time commitment and she wants to focus on some other things.
On Sunday night we had the team to the cabin and cooked the fish that they caught a few weekends before on their team fishing trip.
It was a great way to officially end the season!
