Welcome Spring!!!

I can’t believe March  is almost over! We have so enjoyed the spring weather!
Jackson is playing tennis this year. This is his first time ever playing but he has had so much fun. All of his meetings got canceled last week due to rain so we are going to be busy this week.

He is playing doubles with his friend Bree. Miss Becky maybe his favorite part of tennis! She is so much fun and such a good time.

We had a winter sports banquet so winter  sports. It is basically a participation  award event and Dalton and I chose not to go. MD did not care and we had things we needed to do in Augusta. A friend of mine sent me this picture.

I love this picture… Mary Dalton is showing off all of Allison’s basketball awards!

We had a scavenger hunt in physical science last week. Mary Dalton’s group came in first place!

Somehow, beans thought it would be a good idea to saran wrap Jackson to the chair. These two are always up to something!

Mary Dalton picked up her little sidekick Kylie rae last week and took her to a baseball game. They had so much fun!

The weather was beautiful last Friday and we took all of the high schoolers outside to enjoy the weather after lunch. They had so much fun and played old-fashioned field day games.

I took the Johnson and Johnson Covid vaccine on that Friday and let’s just say it knocked me out for the weekend. My temperature never went below 100 for the whole weekend. I am glad to have that behind me. I felt awful!

Dalton and Jackson were at the cabin last weekend while I was sick because it was youth turkey hunting weekend. They did not have any success but they are going to try again soon!

Cameron and Mary Dalton came to the cabin with us and we rode the mule. We had so much fun and it was a beautiful day! My Sunday night I was feeling much better and was grateful to get out of the house.

We have two weeks of school left before spring break. We had several tennis matches, leadership graduation, turkey hunting, and much more going on! Hopefully it will flyby and we will have a great spring break.
