Oh my gosh! I can’t believe I’m almost a month late getting this up! So without further ado…delay This is how we celebrated our best girl!!
Mary Dalton‘s 17th birthday was her last day of a 10 day quarantine from a Covid exposure. She was so excited because I took the day off and we spent it in Augusta. I was not leaving her at home on her day!
That night when we came home she opened her gifts from us.
On Saturday, we gave her a luncheon/brunch at Dalton‘s mothers house. This was supposed to be before her birthday but because she was quarantine…and most of her class was…we had to reschedule.
Originally the brunch was supposed to be a surprise, but I had to let her in on the secret

Sooz worked so hard to help me make sure everything was perfect.

Those two have no idea how much we love them…

We had a few of her close friends come and we had the best time with them. They were so sweet and so gracious to be there.

It was definitely an experience for some of them…Sooz served caviar and cold tomato soup… We had other things too but she was trying to make it extra fancy!

I have said it 100 times but I am so grateful for her friend group.

It was such a fun day celebrating my favorite girl in the whole wide world.
