Disney Part 1

I knew it would happen sooner or later, but Dalton was the first member of our family to officially test positive for Covid. He actually got sick while he was in Dallas so he went straight to the cabin. We went and checked on him before heading to Disney World!

We left Thursday at lunch and went straight to Disney Springs. I have not been there in years and it was beautiful at night! We had a great trip down and got in zero traffic!

We enjoyed a delicious dinner before going to check in our room. 

We started out at Hollywood studios… It was extremely crowded! We stayed there until two and then we went over to Magic Kingdom.


Lydia and her mom, Laice went so we enjoyed hanging out with them! Magic Kingdom was much less crowded and we had the lightning passes so we did not have to wait in line.

Disney with little kids is so much fun to see them experience the magic, but I had a blast with the teenagers! They had such a good time and are loved watching them enjoy themselves.

The weather was absolutely perfect!

Jackson was dying to ride space Mountain and luckily our lightning lane allowed us to walk right on!

Mary Dalton was tickled pink when she saw a fancy Nancy! She was her favorite cartoon character when she was a little girl.

We shut Magic Kingdom down! We got to ride almost everything that was on our list and got to see the amazing fireworks. The highlight of the night was definitely the churros and the cotton candy. SO good! 

We headed back to the room and crashed! I think we walked 14 miles on day one!
