Santorini

This was the port we were most excited about! However, nobody tells you it is a CHORE to actually get to the island’s center and it is huge…you HAVE to have a form of transportation.
Anyway…we finally made it off the tender, bought tickets, went up the lift, hired a private driver and we were READY!!!!
Santorini was picturesque in some areas, but there was a lot of trash…it was strange to me.

These two were SO pumped!!!

Our driver…I can’t remember his name was GREAT! He took us all over the island to see the main sights and waited for us while we looked/took pics/etc. He even took us to dinner and waited on us while we ate. It was great!

All loaded up and thankful for AC and a ride!!!

I mean….it was stunning…

We found a little local place to grab a snack and regroup before we did some shopping!

We had a dinner reservation at Nobu. This was my favorite meal of the trip. The views were unbelievable. The fish was so fresh. It was just an experience! They brought the girls this dessert to celebrate their graduation!

Of course…they had a photo shoot before we headed back down the mountain.

Our driver dropped us off and we found some great local shops. We knew there would be wait for the lift back down, but we had no idea it was a TWO HOUR wait…

We walked down 580 stairs while dodging donkeys and their poop. I never knew you could be sore from going DOWN stairs…but we were all DYING the next day! We were out of euros of we would have ridden a donkey down! It was definitely one of our funniest memories! We made it back to the boat in time and got showers and hit the bed!
