My random thoughts....

I have mentioned before the differences in men and women and how it never ceases to amaze me...well, I have got another one to add to the list!

Dalton was telling me about an incident that occurred last week while we were getting the last things out of our old house before it sold. We had a neighbor, who was a big man. I mean BIG man. You know, so big that he has one of those scooter things so he does not have to walk??? Anyway, the man walked, or should I say, rolled, over to see Dalton. Dalton yells, "Hey Big *Sam!" They talk for awhile and then Dalton says, "Big Sam, how 'bout you roll on over here and give me a hand with this swingset?"

Can you imagine calling a woman "BIG anything?" I mean, really, think about it. You are at the mall and you see your friend, "HEY BIG AMY!" We would not have a friend in the world! He might as well have just called him a lard butt and been done, but he was not saying it to be mean or rude, that is just what men do...they call each other fat and do not even care!

I am well aware that I have gained weight since we have been married, but I am VERY glad that when I see people, they do not say, "Hey BIG Amber!" :) OK ~ need to be productive now!
