.: Splash in the Boro

Today, we went to Splash in the Boro with my friend, Shana and her 2 kids. Shana and I took Mary Dalton and Abby 2 years ago when they were 3 and 4, but we left Jackson and Mallie at home ~ so today was their first time to go! And let me say.....Jackson was in a MOOD. I cannot even to begin to describe how HORRIBLE he was acting! I don't know if he did not feel well, was tired, or just being a toot....but he got several "talkings" if you get my drift! As you can see....he looked SO overly excited to be at the water park!

Shana's Girls ~ Abby and Mallie ....they are the only 2 I know who love the water as much as MD!

Mary Dalton would have stayed all day! She slid over and over and even jumped off their diving board several times!

A favorite of all was the lazy river ~ However...when I first put Jackson in the tube with me he SCREAMED so loud that I was about to die! I don't why (or what) had him in such a tizzy, but HOLY COW! I was determined that he was going to get in the float. And he did.....and he liked it! ;)

I was also determined he was going to slide into the whole 8 inches of water! You don't even go under. I had Tori (the sitter who went to help manage the 4 kids) push him down. Yeah...he didn't much care for that! ;) ha!

He got off the slide and came straight to the chair and hid his face and cried and cried and cried. It was so bad that I almost left with him and left MD with Shana. After lunch, he was much better. He still had no use for any slide. but loved the lazy river and swam like a fish in the 12 ft. part of the pool. Sidenote ~ MD is sooo proud bc she has learned to dive way down in the 6 ft. deep water to get a dive stick!

Mary D & Abby ~ We realized today that Abby is 5 months older than MD and Jackson is 5 months older than Mallie ~ pretty neat huh? Abby will be in 1st grade this year....I do wish they were in the same class....they have such a good time!
