Today is our last day here in MS! We will pack up and head to Jackson around lunch to see my sister and then spend the night at my brother's house ~ that takes 2 hours off our trip...and every little bit counts!
The rest of the week was SUPER fun! We took the kids bowling...Jackson was AMAZING! He would wave his hat in the direction he wanted the ball to go and the ball would roll right to the pins everytime. Mary Dalton was not strong enough to get the ball down the lane. Twice, the man working had to bring us her ball. She was NOT into bowling. WE thought about having a bowling party for her 7th bday....glad that did not work out! ha!
We were also able to spend lots of time with my best friends from high school and their children. Reagan and Mary Dalton played SO WELL together, I do wish we lived closer so they could play more! Those 2 would have a BLAST!
Yesterday, we went to my Great Aunt's house to the "creek" to play. We planned on staying an hour, but were there about 3 bc it was so nice and fun! I also got fabric to recover some things at home that are showing MAJOR wear and tear after 11 years of marriage and 2 kids!
Last night, a friend of my parents' came to fish with Jackson, he was excited to play with a boy since he usually outnumbered by girls!
It was a FUN week and I know my children made memoires that will last a lifetime! Please pray for safe travels as we head back to GA and stay tuned for LOTS of pics from our week!
