So Far....so good....

Well, we have managed to have almost 2 weeks under our belt and back in the groove! It was so nice to have time off after Christmas! At first I absolutely hated that we were getting out so I like to the holidays, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise! We had so much time to be at home and relax and regroup!!
We love spending time at the farm and had a few warm days so we could enjoy the outdoors!

The weather has not been the best for trapping this year. Jackson has caught some critters, but not as many as usual. I went with him last week to check the trap line.

It was a beautiful day and the weather was absolutely perfect! I loved watching him and his element!

After we set the traps we even ventured back to look at the waterfall. It was super full since we’ve had so much rain!

Basketball is winding down but for the past two weeks we have been going full speed! Mary Dalton has had games 3 to 5 nights a week which keeps us super busy! She loves playing and being with her friends!

This past weekend we went to a bull riding event in Augusta. Brinson went with us. We went to dinner and then to the rodeo...we had the best time! It’s still a little weird that she’s dating, but it sure is nice that neither of them can drive. We’ve really gotten to know him and he is a doll!!!

My cute rodeo date....or one of them! ;)

It was a super fun night!

This week has been busy as we are preparing to go on our first vacation of the year! We LOVE a long weekend trip and we can’t wait for our upcoming adventure!!!
