GISA State Shotgun Team Meet

Earlier this month we loaded up and headed to the state shotgun team meet. 

It was in Savannah...which is my very favorite city...so I was excited! Not to mention the weather was so pretty and it was a day with my favorite people! :) 

Jackson was paired up with the Hunts for his team this year and we have LOVED getting to know them! They are precious children and we are so glad that they are at TJA!!! 

A little chilly, but ready to shoot! I realized when I was doing Christmas cards that Jackson NEVER has picture taken...not anymore buddy! I am snapping them nonstop now! :) 

This course was TOUGH ~ but beautiful! 





I loved getting to watch him do something he enjoys. This was day 1 of a 3 day shoot. They shot 200 rounds this day and 400 on Saturday!!! That's a LOT of shooting!!! 

We HAD to eat somewhere good while in Savannah, so we loaded up and headed to Belfort's! It did not disappoint!!! 

Ahhhhh this man....21 years later and he still has my whole heart. 


It was a fun day for our family and we are already excited about next year's team! The boys did not place in the top 3....I think they were 7th out of 15, but they learned a lot and will only get better! :)
