I am almost a month late… Blogging about Christmas day! The kids woke up around 830 which was early for them. They immediately came down and found their loot!
Christmas was one when they were little but I’m gonna be honest I love teenage Christmas! It’s so much less stressful!
We opened gifts from Santa…
They each had several surprises…
We stopped for breakfast with both sets of grandparents. At this point, both the kids that had new phones and they were more interested in that than anything else.
We share gifts with each other after my parents left. Jackson is the most thoughtful gift giver in the whole world. He surprise Mary Dalton with some fancy skin care she had been really warm. I love the look on his face. They may argue, but they absolutely adore each other.
See...so. Sweet.
Then we took more picture and then NAPPED!!!!
Cameron came over Christmas afternoon late to exchange gifts with Mary Dalton.
He gave her the sweetest book with pictures in it throughout the year of the two of them.
That night we had lobster bisque and enjoyed being at home. Mary Dalton went with Cameron to his family’s Christmas. It was a perfect Christmas day. Very relaxing, lots of time with the people we love, and so much more than we deserve.
